Peace & Harmony Sleep Meditation

Imagine yourself sitting in a peaceful park somewhere. There's a stream near by and you can hear the relaxing sound of the water flowing over the rocks.  The sun is shining and over on the lawn is a group of people doing Tai Chi. As you watch them slowly moving through their forms with the sound of pan flute music in the background, you feel a sense of peace and harmony. You'll have the choice whether to awaken of fall asleep, so this session can be used in the daytime or at night to help you drift off.
