The Tracks To Relax Podcast is all about helping you fall asleep more easily and getting you so relaxed that you stay asleep longer and get the rest you deserve! In our sessions we use a combination of powerful relaxation techniques that encourage the participation of both your conscious and subconscious mind. Since your subconscious mind can either work with you or against you when you're "trying" to get to sleep, it's important that the visualizations and language that used in our meditations engages your imagination in a way the allows you to forget about your busy life and relax.

You'll notice as you listen to these sleep sessions that there are many positive and encouraging suggestions and that the tone and that the words as they flow, are delivered in a way that will help both your mind and body to relax. All our sessions are written by a Master NLP Practitioner and Master Hypnotist for maximum effectiveness.
