Zen Garden Worry Buddha Sleep Meditation

Thinking about worries and problems as you try to fall asleep? We've all done it from time to time. Sometimes we just need a break, we need to be able to set those problems aside for awhile and recharge our resources. In the centre of a Zen Garden that's filled with sand, rests a small wood carved Worry Buddha. Take it in your hands and allow your worries and problems to leave you for a bit. The Worry Buddha will take care of them and make them easier to carry when you take them back. You'll also be relaxing completely and drifting off into a wonderful sleep whenever you want.
