Imagine yourself surrounded by Lavender in a clearing in the forest. It's a beautiful day and the sun is warm and cozy.  Relax in the sunshine and think about a time when you were resourceful and feeling empowered. Think of a time when you overcame and where unstoppable and then create a power word that allows you to access that state whenever you need it... all while you relax and fall asleep.  Maybe you'll make it to the end or maybe you'll drift off and do it all again tomorrow night... as long as you relax and fall asleep, that's all that matters :)
